While our skincare products are crafted with pure and natural essential oils for their beneficial and aromatic properties, some essential oils contain naturally occurring fragrance allergens. These allergens are clearly listed in the full ingredient list on our product pages, ensuring full transparency for customers with sensitivities. We advise you to make sensitivity test before use and not to use in case of allergies.

This is completely normal. Our products are made with natural ingredients and essential oils, which include the unique aroma of Immortelle, also known as the "everlasting flower." This natural, earthy fragrance is a sign of the purity and authenticity of our formulas. Because we don't use synthetic fragrances, the scent may vary slightly with each batch, but it in no way affects the quality or performance of the product.

Yes, we are proud that our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals or use any ingredients of animal origin. While we uphold these principles, we do not display bunny symbols on our packaging, as European law already prohibits animal testing for cosmetic products and ingredients. This ensures that our ethical commitment aligns with both legal standards and our brand values.

Ninfa Skincare products can maintain their quality for up to 6 months after opening. To ensure their effectiveness, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Placing an order is simple and convenient. Browse our website to explore our products, then add your selected items to the cart. At checkout, you can choose to complete your purchase as a guest or create an account for a faster checkout experience and to track your orders. Once you’ve entered your details and selected a payment method, confirm your order, and you’ll receive an email confirmation shortly.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards (processed securely through Shopify) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For some countries we offer cash on delivery as well.

If your payment has been declined, try the following steps:

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ninfaskincare.com or via WhatsApp. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations will follow our Refund and Return Policy.

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping for orders over €69 within Italy and €120 in other EU countries. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below these amounts.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery to Italy takes 4-5 business days (allow extra 1-2 business days for islands), while orders to the rest of the EU typically arrive within 4-6 business days. Please note that delivery times may be extended for Ireland, Portugal and Spain.

If your package arrives visibly damaged (e.g., crushed or opened), please refuse the pickup and complete the courier’s form, providing a written explanation for the refusal. Then, immediately contact us at info@ninfaskincare.com with your order details and a description of the issue. If you’ve already accepted the package and find an issue, please email us with photos of the damage or incorrect items so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at info@ninfaskincare.com for further instructions.
