Yes, we offer complimentary shipping for orders over €100 within Italy and €150 in other EU countries. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below these amounts.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery to Italy takes 4-5 business days (allow extra 1-2 business days for islands), while orders to the rest of the EU typically arrive within 4-6 business days. Please note that delivery times may be extended for Ireland, Portugal and Spain.
If your package arrives visibly damaged (e.g., crushed or opened), please refuse the pickup and complete the courier’s form, providing a written explanation for the refusal.
