Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We hope you will be satisfied with anything you buy from our website. In case you want to exercise your right to return, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by us in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ninfaskincare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the ordered item to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for a refund if it has been damaged in transit to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Upon detection of externally visible defects - any damage, strokes and other damage, established in delivery, Customer or a third party (authorized by Customer) should sign a protocol damage in the presence of the courier, in which protocol describing identified defects and immediately, no later than 72 hours after delivery, notify us at info@ninfaskincare.com
When the delivered item obviously do not correspond to the one ordered by the Customer and this can be established during a simple inspection of the delivered item, the Customer has the right within 72 hours of delivery to ask for replacement of the delivered item with the one corresponding to the order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the event that the Customer decides to cancel the order through a statement of cancellation of the order before the ordered items are sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 10 business days. In that case, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the total amount of the order (items and delivery).
